At TMG Industrial, we stand behind the quality of our industrial equipment and strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If your product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unused condition.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.
Prepare the Equipment
Ensure the product is securely packed in its original crates or packaging, including all manuals, hardware, and accessories to prevent damage during transit.
Arrange Shipment
Affix the RMA label clearly to the outside of the package and ship the item via a trackable freight or courier service to our designated returns center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
